Multi-Post, founded in 1985, is a leader in solutions for mail handling and activities in the field of plastic cards. Our company provides both hardware quality products as well as customized services.
Multi-Post has many disciplines, so we can offer our clients a significant value in the form of integrated solutions. Solutions that can outsource some activities or be done in-house. Here is a shortlist of our companies activities:
- Card Services: The personalization of plastic cards.This can be done via visual or electronic manner. The electronic way can be done through magstripe or chip. We also have a number of related services that we offer such as placing the plastic card on a carrier and card management.
- Print & Mail Services: Producing transaction and direct mail. Both printing and mail handling can be done. We have an extensive range of machinery for the packaging.
- Card Systems: Official distributor for Datacard plastic card printer, supplies and related equiment
- Print & Mail Systems: Seller of mail processing equipment including Inserters, envelope openers, closers envelopes and related software.

Since 1998 Multi-Post also focuses on other countries. In the Netherlands Antilles we sell plastic card and mail processing equipment. In 2001, the strategic expansion of our market area was shaped further by the takeover of the Belgian and Luxembourg Datacard representation.In total over 100 employees now work in the offices of Multi-Post in Mol (Belgium), Willemstad (Netherlands Antilles) and Dordrecht (Netherlands). Because the scale of activities in the Netherlands Netherlands DataCard its products and services grouped into two distinct sections: Multi-Post Systems and Multi-Post Services. In Belgium and Luxembourg and the Netherlands Antilles is the focus of activities in the supply of equipment.
